Your Dream Roster, Round Two (An Idle Game)

It's now time for Round Two: Your Women's roster!

Remember the set-up: You are the proud owner of a brand new wrestling federation. You have an angel investor with very deep pockets and very good lawyers. Money is no object, and contracts can be bought out for the right price.

You have unlimited access to talent. Your first order of business is to set up your roster.

But there are rules. And the rules are different for your women's roster. For better or worse, in most feds that aren't dedicated women's promotions, women get less time on the air and on the card than men.

The Rules

  1. You have 12 roster slots.
  2. You may use a roster slot to bring in a singles competitor -or- a tag-team. However, if you bring in a tag-team, they will only be available to you as a dedicated tag team. (We're talking matching gear here, people.)
  3. If you bring in dedicated tag-teams, you must bring in an even number. So if you bring in one, you have to bring in another to balance it. Your tag roster will take up 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 spots.
  4. You will need to name a World Champion. You have the option of a secondary title. Your secondary belt can be whatever you like, but you must choose between a secondary singles title or a tag-team title. If you choose not to have a secondary title, you get 11 regular roster slots instead of 10.
  5. You may bring in up to three managers. Managers do not take up a slot, but must be attached to a specific roster talent. A manager may not manage more than three talents (talents meaning across your rosters, so keep that in mind if you’re going to want your manager to have a singles talent and a tag-team, for example).
  6. You may bring in talents from anywhere in the world. Assume your lawyers and benefactor can buy out any contract you want and fly your talents in from anywhere in the world.
  7. Assume your talents will come in healthy and stay healthy (even if currently injured).
  8. Your roster must be made up of living, active talents. If you pick Ric Flair, you get 2023 Flair, not 1983 Flair.
